Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of every PinoPorte piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear. Final Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

 

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and approved.

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email support@pinoporte.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide next steps.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund.
